As I have nothing any complete sense of English language , feel a little trouble, but I have listen this important video many times that maybe helpful for me to understand this subject matter. Yes imagine in your brain you are talking to them with your eyes closed Step 1. See the person in your mind Step 2. Imagine you and the person talking 1 on 1 in a place where you both remember Step 3. When you imagine talking to them imagine they are talking to you with their voice Step 4. Imagine the feeling,smell,touch and sound of the person as you see them Just set a timer for 30mins
