Buying and packing stuff for NYSC camp was a big task. Different lists ear and dear😉. I sha combined all and came up with my list.

It’s usually jam packed because everyone is trying to bath at the same time.
I won’t say there is a best time, just study the environment. If you see that most take their bath by 4am, wake up by 3am to take yours.

During my time, it kept switching. At the beginning of camp, most people were waking up early to take their bath. Later, people couldn’t care as much.
