Thanks for this awesome video! it helped me get my steering wheel buttons working with my Android unit. I was wondering if is there a way to disable the annoying beeping sound when you press the volume up/down or the mute buttons on the steering wheel.
You’ll probs not read this now but…. Just in case u do, I have near enough exactly the same head unit. BUT the can bus only has gen 2&3 of my car, mine is a gen 1 is there anyways to get around this like maybe an update or something?
Hi there, if your car isn't showing you could try to contact the manufacturer. I wouldn't hold out much hope, I tried to for the latest android version with no reply. But it's still a good head unit 👍.

Hey mate I've similar android stereo but which steering wheel controls are not working and went to the factory setting with the password to select vehicle type and says application is not installed . Is there a way out?
Hi there You should be able to program those functions to your steering wheel, but it has to be completed via the learning on your device. You choose what keys you want to use. Cheers Patrick

The wires all came with the radio, it was plug and play once the cambus knew the cars make and model.

Have you gone to general settings 1st and then down to factory settings.

Did you get the skip/repeat scroll wheel to work? Can’t get mine to be recognized

Think I found it on a cruze forum, they have a few you could try if you have a unit.
