Not the Golden Era... it's the late 80s, early 90s after Haney, right before Yates blew up and everyone also chased the mass to better compete with him.

I truly believe Urs has to go a similar route if he wants to take first place at some point. He competes way too much and has weaknesses in arms and shoulders that need proper focus.

That’s because he has a darker skin than the others, it makes the muscles pop out more, that’s why they paint everyone at the bodybuilding competitions
His condition was nuts, that's what 4% bodyfat looks like when the peak goes perfectly. He always has that thin skin look even in the offseason, but often doesn't get the depletion/repletion peaking part right. He and his coach really nailed it this time. Oftentimes, he looks amazing a couple weeks out and then flat and slightly watery on stage. Not this time, he looked dry and full.

Yeah cuz he's the only one in off-season, so his strength is at the highest, while the other 3 were very depleted after a big show. Not to mention, both Wesley and Urs will be doing the UK so they're still prepping and at their weakest.

Not my but Cutlers quote when he was talking about his "relationship" to coleman back in the days and other participants. They maybe saw each other in some papers or so. But something like this, in the video here, wasnt there before.
@@duzx4541 Many top bodybuilders trained in the same golds gym in Venice Beach. They actually moved to california in order to train together, everyday!

I got to watch the battle live-streamed the other day. It is awesome to see everyone together in good-nurtured fun. It was like seeing the guys from Arnold's and and also Lee Haney''s era interacting again.

He definitely has the better technique,is very odd to watch Ramon,he is natural gifted but his technique is not the best.
Gotta also take into consideration that everyone there is depleted besides cbum, so it’s much harder than usual for them
This isn't a planet fitness lol. Nobody cares about dropped weights
Ofcourse, cuz he's in off-season, at his strongest, while others are at their weakest after a show, being super depleted and at extremely low bodyfat. Not to mention both Wesley and Urs are still prepping for the UK in less than 2 weeks.
