Can you guys pick dishes that typically always use non-halal ingredients which are not easy to substitute? For example, many Italian dishes will use pancetta as a base.

Maybe these eclairs are a Spanish style? And also he said some have lard in them. I would just look for the kosher symbol on the eclairs to ensure that they do not contain haram ingredients. And also double check that there is no alcohol
