Hello everyone!! I have been obsessed with the denim maxi skirt looks this fall, so again... I had to create my own!! This time I will be taking a pair of denim jeans I already own to create this look and I am in love with the results!!! Now I just need to actually go out and wear it!!
This was just a super quick sewing tutorial on how I do it, you can use this technique with pants you already own! Please comment below if you have any specific questions :)

This is a much better method than the tutorials that cut off entirely below the fly and then re-attach the bottom of the skirt as one piece.

I love being a girl who not only can wear the skirt but knew how to sew it! bI thank my grand ma, Mom and sister who taught me how to do it. I have met people who could not sew on a button to save their life!lol I try to pass it on if one has the patience to learn it! They are usually amazed when they learn how easy and useful that was! Great tutorial. I appreciate that you seam ripped the seams instead of cutting them. It definitely reduced the bulk when stitching. I was able to do this in a couple of hours.
