My parents bought me a surf green fender one when I was in high school back in 2002. Still have it. It needs to be taken in for a cleaning and some adjusting, but still in decent shape. I played it a lot back then, but it’s just been bagged up and sitting around for the last 10 years. It’s gonna take me a lot of practice to get back to being able to play how I used to. Don’t think I could rattle off M&Ms as easily as you though. I love that guitar though. I really regret not buying his Epiphone one. I didn’t realize they just stopped making last year, but I hope they make it again soon.

This guitar-Fender or Squier-produces perfect distortion. Just an underrated rhythm guitar. I am surprised more people do not use these. I’ve owned 2 of the Fender versions in surfer green and sold them both-big mistake. I found a near perfect SG Squier 4 years ago for under 200. I will never sell it. I hope to find a Fender that I will keep as well. Unfortunately, people are asking absolutely ridiculous prices for them. I have seen them listed for over 2 grand. They don’t sell at that price of course.
