I took in a hatchling ornate rood from a friend, I've had for 7mo, first 6 mo it hardly moved. Dewormed, it did nothing. I had to move it to the water to feed. Strangest turtle I've ever owned and I've had many. This month it's like it woke up. She's active and wild and fun.

Hey great video man you are such a great family you rescue these reptiles from not so well homes and make them have there best lives! My turtles are about two months old now and havent grown to much one has grown an inch the other maybe 0.25 in should I be worried? I have the water at around 82.5 F and feed them a normal pellet diet. But anyways great vid I will always support your channel!

FISH! I have been so excited for this video!! I would love to see a full feeding video too. I think turtles eating are so adorable! That would be pretty awesome to watch! I think crush and squirt would be a cute paired name like from Finding Nemo or Yertle and Mack from Dr. Seuss. Can you tell me what type of heater you would recommend for my red eared slider? He is in a 55 about to move to a 75 and he is still only 3 1/2 inches in length but wanted to make sure I get a trusted heater that hopefully wont get destroyed or cause any issues so I figured you would be the best to ask. As always love all your videos here and on Tik Tok and can’t wait for the next one!!
Thank you for the love! And the name ideas are awesome. There is a special reptile heater that we typically will use with the babies because they love to sit on the heaters. It is covered with a safety case so they dont get burned. I will find the link and send it
