      That’s funny apparently they have sponge Bob as their leader. He thinks there are eight days in a week. Hate to tell him there’s only seven. I think to be a union leader requirement number one us know how many days there are in a week.

      Im not sure exact pay but i do know its good pay there is a lot of the workers that live by me and they live good compared to other factory workers in my area

    Workers need to pool their money together and buy Digital Ads on Trucks and send them out on in metropolitan areas nationwide or they will lose like the Nabisco workers last month

      @@williampatton346 im not sire of Kellogg's pay but i do know they pay good and i know post cereals pays about $30 hr starting wage so im sure Kelloggs pays close if not the same to that

      @@michigantrapper4087 well I can tell you first hand. Starting rate is about $20, after COLA $21 and change. In order to make $120,000 per year you need 108 pay hours per week. Most of those hours are not by choice. We can be forced up to 16 hours a day with an 8 hour turn around. I see my family on Saturday mornings and that's only when my son doesn't have a soccer game. For the record I did not make $120,000 last year i would have been lucky to hit $80,000, is that worth never seeing your family?

      . The big changes is Kellogg's want a two tiered wage system like UAWs taking away life time health care and a full retirement for new hires. Kellogg's thinks they need to remain competitive in the market.
