- Today is the Minnesota trout opener for streams 2024. Me and my dad we decided to go try one of our favorite locations for trout fishing. We were able to catch our limit when we hit a good spot.

Nice!! We got a 3 man limit down at the south branch spot off of 52 was packed full.
Cool when we were driving back that way to 52 we saw that the parking lots were pretty full. 😊
