The comment above I believe was declaring hope that Debbie finds a way to give her love to "children" .. perhaps she can foster or adopt or volunteer at an organization that helps children in personal ways.. like a Big Brother/Big Sister situation.

We need to know her secret to looking so young. She looks way younger than 55, even in her “before”. She looks incredible in her “after”. She looks like she’s 39-40.
I hear her about the “Karen” hairstyles (inverted stacked bob, Kate Gosselin hairstyle). It seems that stylists want to give women of a certain age and hair type that haircut, even though it doesn’t flatter everyone because they have the wrong face shape and/or head size. I love that Christopher and the gang take a lot of things into consideration before choosing a hairstyle. They always pick styles that suit the woman.

Holy smokes! At the start of the video I wondered why someone in her mid-20s was going for a makeover. Then when you said you’d been married 24 years, my teeth dropped out! Seriously, you look like you’re 24 years old! Now you look more polished & sophisticated. Lovely!

This service is wonderful....everyone (all sexes) need this experience. Young people as well. There would not be as much abuse and depression if this were available more locally. Beauticians today don't get the training or have the " elemental background knowledge needed , unfortunately.

This was great. I’m glad she kept most of her hair. I am the same age and I stopped coloring my hair last year (I’m a strawberry brown/auburn) but after watching this I feel like…why? Why not keep something (artificially) when everything else is failing? LOL

Here's my two cents... She didn't want to have a "Karen" hairstyle, but she totally gave me Karen Walker (Will & Grace) vibes. Those bold dramatic colors really played well with her inner spirit. While I was expecting a dramatic haircut, I realized that this length actually plays well as she explores this new NOT invisible anymore look. I applaud her talking such a big risk with her appearance, my hope is that she continues to live in this moment until it is just normal. I'd suggest using the internet to shop for her new look. That burnt orange was just sweet on her.

Great makeover!! The hair color really suits her skin tone. She looks younger and more vivacious.
I love that it is not just a makeover which are temporary. It is so much more. You take the time to learn who the people are and what they want and take that into account. I also love that there is so much detail and teaching/learning about the makeup and clothes styling. It isn't just a makeover...it is like it's a second chance...not sure if that makes sense. They learn what to look for in their clothing style and how to do the makeup and different hairstyle tips. It is so amazing.
