- Hologram Electronics 'Chroma Console' is an insane multi-effects pedal that will give you any Indie Pop, Psych rock, and Lo-fi sounds. Inspired from vintage recording gear used back in the day, this pedal gives you a versatile range of sounds from Phaser, Delay, Reverse, Vibrato, Compression, Howl, Fuzz, Reels, and so much more. If you love that early 2010s psych rock sounds especially from Tame Impalas first two records, there is no doubt you'll love this pedal.

What I like in the CC is that setting up all the effects is very intuitive. It really is something you can do on the fly and it actually invites you to twiddle around with the knobs. I see two very clear applications for it. First, it’s great to have in the studio as a sound design tool when I’m creating a track. Second, it’s awesome when you’re in a free jam with your band and you can introduce new sounds almost instantly. I have mine on a small board with a fuzz before it and a UAFX amp pedal after.

The only pedal you'll ever need...and the Empress Zoia, EHX mod rex, EQD(any and all of them), and maybe just a few dozen more. Just to be sure you've covered all your bases(and bass).
EQD maybe sound good but are such sjitty pedals quality wise! I bought 3 of them and 2 out of 3 where broken.
Also a good friend of mine had already a few broken. They don't have QC and are not reliable
And an MS-70CDR for good measure

I currently own a Elektron Analog Heat. I have a Warm Audio WA273-EQ on the main outs of my mixer, and the Analog Heat on the WA273-EQ's insert. And all of that goes into my Audio interface. So basically I have a solid mic preamp and stereo compressor (as the Analog Heat is a cheap price to getting high quality Master Bus/Out compression) for all my synths and drum machines. So I barely have to do much mixing in my DAW after I've tracked...
My question is, do you think the Chroma Console compresses the audio on the same level as the Elektron Analog Heat? Or does it just offer solid effects and preamp capabilities?
I would like to know the same
