Kading has been saying for ahwile that all this stuff Keefe D has been voluntarily offering up isn't covered by that proffer agreement they previously had. It's clear Keefe D either thought his proffer gave him full immunity to openly speak publicly on that whole Vegas incident (which it clearly didn't) or he just assumed law enforcement didn't care enough to reopen the now 27 year old case. He's about to learn the hard way how big of a mistake he made.

I’m no detective but I always wondered how Kefe was able to give these interviews because I assumed there had to have been some sort of gag agreement that he couldn’t freely speak on it without getting the immunity revoked.
He pretty much repeated what he told Kading, so he can't be prosecuted based on what he said coz he is covered by the Profer agreement. But any incriminating evidence by somebody else can be used to indict him.
