I-95 Norwalk bridge demolition began Friday, state is optimistic both lanes will be open on Monday

The closure of the highway in Norwalk has created bottlenecks in traffic after a fiery Thursday morning crash, delaying hundreds of thousands of commuters. The governor has declared a state of emergency and is looking for federal funding to cover the repairs.
