Forgot to say my favorite feature is reusable blocks. Powerful and time saving.
Absolutely! 😊
Jack is the most underrated Gutenberg teacher on CZcams. More people should subscribe and watch these gems. I learn excellent little tips from every video. Keep up the great work Jack 😀

I watched it almost everyday
Thank you! Appreciate that! 💖 Apologies for the late reply, I'm trying to catch up with all the comments. Drowning 🥶
I've watched many tutorials over many years, and yours are perhaps the best. Compact, fast, and straightforward information. You have my congratulations.
This video is one of your best. I'm just getting around to watching it, but I wish that I had been more interested in Reusable Blocks before today. Now that I know about these tricks, I will have a much easier time creating websites with Gutenberg.
Another helpful and clear tutorial. Great work, Jack!🤗
Thank you Dr. James!

Good content Jack 👍🏻
great tutorial... thank you so much
OMG. Thank you so much!
Great video Jack 🔥
Thank you! 😁
Wow, Jack, this was fantastic and really helpful. I was looking for one thing but I loved the way you grouped other related topics together; also you know your viewers will be asking themselves, "Ah, yes, but could I do...", and then you anticipate such questions and make it look so easy. I could not stop watching. I'll need to go over it again for some things but I know once I've mastered the steps you show I'll get the result. First class. Thank you for posting. Liked and subscribed.
heck, I still feel I don't know how to use Gutenberg "to the tee" when I see videos like this :D
Awesome tutorial, clear and helpful! thank you!
You are welcome! Sorry for the late reply 😊
Hi jack love your tutorial so next video want to see how to create beauty nav menu on mobile
Do you have an example for me?
thanks
Hi Jack! you can make reusable blocks downloadable and share from your website.
Reusable blocks sound great but I could not follow your hyper-fast moves to get the steps for the exception I needed to disconnect because it messed up everything else and destroyed my site continuity. Thanks for trying. Best Wishes.
10:08 THANKS
Hi. Your videos are awesome. Do you know which gutenberg blocks have image sliders and product sliders? For the people who have WooCommerce which gutenberg blocks do they really need? I have flatsome and i use sliders for categories and products a lot and i want to switch to gutenberg but i dont find what i need. Help please 🙂
Can you review the Socrates 5 theme
Thanks for another great video Jack!! Would you be able to teach us in a video tutorial how to make a client dashboard (woocomerce) fully customized using Kadence blocks? The default WooCommerce dashboard is so horrible hahaha
It is in my list of content now. Ranking it with priority. 😁
Hi Jack, Your stuff is top-notch. Hats off.
Can we create an Affiliate website in which we list some awesome products with tags with Gutenberg blocks?
Hi Zeeshan, do you mean create a table to list affiliate products with a button that links to (maybe) amazon?
@@JackCao Yes.
Hey man, i love your videos.
What are your thoughts of Qubely Gutenberg plugin? How does it compare to Getwid?
I haven't got to that yet so I can't say. I will start deel diving into each block plugin soon. By then, I can give you a well thought out answer 🙂
Is Row Layout the same as Container? I'm not finding Row Layout option on my site.
Thank you for giving us more convenience!
Row layout is similar to "container + advanced columns" for most other plugins
@@JackCao Aha, thank you. OK, now I see you are using Kadence blocks. I'm using Genesis blocks.
Wow the export JSON to another website is GREAT! Which screenrecorder do you use to make the zoom and focus like that? Thank you Jack!
I use the video editor to zoom. The screen recorder just records a still screen. OBS studios (free open source screen recording tool that beats all paid tools) is the screen recorder. I use Filmora to edit the videos.
@@JackCao Thank you very much! It gives impression that the zoom n focus effects are made live during the recording so it's very well edited, must take hours for editing
Yo Jack, thanks for the tutorial. Great stuff man! I did try using reusable blocks a while back, but what I experienced wasn't good because they started disappearing. So as you can imagine, that became a nightmare - especially when those reusable blocks were crucial elements like a pricing chart or something and it just vanishes from all the pages. Not cool. So since then I kinda just haven't trusted reusable blocks. I want to, but they hurt me bro. 😭 Not sure if that was a temporary error or what, but I came across several other people reporting the same issue. Have you ever experienced this?...and if so, is there a fix for it instead of having to sit around biting your nails wondering if all your reusable blocks will just decide to vanish one day!😖
can gutenberg block copy and paste style?
Bro I have question. I want to build news r magazine like website. Buying both kadence theme and blocks for website or newspaper theme which u will suggest?
Hey bro, it depends on what your goal is. If your only intention is to build a magazine site then the newspaper theme, but if you need multi purpose sites, like you need to build landing pages, home pages, etc, then Kadence theme and blocks are good for those. Newspaper: restrictive customization; kadence: flexible customization.
@@JackCao thank you bro
copy paste doesn't work for me. I don't have options paste, when i click right button mouse... Could you help?
When I try copy paste in Kadence nothing happens or pastes. Tried section to section, blocks, rows...nothing but can see if paste to any editor...any help to copy paste would be great. Thanks
I have the same issue.
Hi Jack,
I currently use GeneratePress and one of their starter sites.
I went for GeneratePress for speed and the fact that it’s lightweight.
I want to set up a blog. Do you think in your experience that GeneratePress is a good choice?
Yes. Absolutely. But there is a learning curve when it comes to customizing the theme. So, do leverage on their awesome support team whenever possible if you need something customized.
@@JackCao what would the next best theme be in terms of speed and customisation? A theme that can be as quick or close enough to GeneratePress but more easier to use without much of a learning curve?
@@ThePistonPit It is kadence: jackcao.com/kadence
If you want to know how I derived at this theme, here's the video: m.czcams.com/video/7ILIodysmzc/video.html
@@JackCao thanks very much Jack, I’ll check it out.
Can we make product template with kadence blocks
Do you have an example for me?
@@JackCao Ya but its a video by elementor czcams.com/video/PjhoB1RWkBM/video.html and i want to know that can we do same with kadence
The video on creating product template will be out in a couple of hours. 😊
