I don't seem to be able to pull of the gray plastic panel in the trunk. It's seems to be almost like glued at the bottom.

I think moisture has build up in there and now the whole bar doesnt work. You think its the cables or a fuse might be broken?

If the whole stripe is out do I need to replace all 15 bulbs?
Or is there an easier way to do i.

If the whole stripe is not working , i don’t think the problem is the bulbs . Check the wires before
