my rustler vxl does the same thing
@Frisx. my rustler as well, i use badlands on back for grass and gravel and anacondas for street I feel those two types of tires don't wear out as fast

I have a couple of these, the older version and the new one. I love this car but 1 thing it does not have is "superior awd traction", LOL!
Have they seen a modern rally car.. rear diffusers, spoilers etc.. played it to safe.
I'll wait for the 4s version. Lord knows it's coming
what would make this car even better is having an e-brake for some rally hairpins and handbrake turns!

Any chance of the Travis Pastrana body (clear or painted) becoming available for purchase separately, or on a RTR version of the car? Right now, as far as I'm aware, it's only on the Snap-On version. I'd love to be able to just buy a normal rally car with that body.

The new motor runs extremly cold because of integrated fans.

@stevelamonte1962 It's not the extreme heavy duty kit on the ultimate. Like what's on the new Rustler Stampede and Rally. Only the bl2S Slash has that kit.

Can you guys put a metal chassis or aluminum Chassis ... Because everyone is using that every company is using a metal chassis Y'all guys been so cheap and using plastic😅 I'm a big Traxxas fan ... But I have to tell you the truth someone have to speak the truth... Such a money harden money for this hobby but at least you always have the courtesy to put a metal chassis.... Not plastic

Traxxas is dying!! Whoever buy this rc Ima just feel bad because they’re just waisting there hard earned money for trash. I have an Xmaxx and the esc went to lit mode, basically critical error. Like how does that happen to an xmaxx, I had for 1 year and only used it 4-5 times and the esc already went bad!
Do a couple licensed bodies. Rally is very livery orientated. Don’t get sued though
