- "Love's Theme", written by Barry White around 1965, was recorded and released in 1973 by Barry White's Love Unlimited Orchestra. The song is included on two albums: "Under The Influence Of Love" by the choral group Love Unlimited (1973) and in 1974 on the "Rhapsody In White" album by the Love Unlimited Orchestra.
"Love's Theme" is one of the few instrumental orchestra singles to reach No.1 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart in the U S. The song is considered a major influence on the Disco sound with its large string orchestra, modified guitar, and big rhythm. It is considered by many to be the first Disco song.
"Love's Theme" reached No.1 on Cash Box and the Adult Contemporary charts, was Billboard's No. 3 song for 1974, and it was No.1 on Canada's RPM 100 National Singles Chart.
In 1975-76, WPIX-TV in New York would end its 10PM broadcast of "Harper News" (later "Action News") with "Love's Theme".

Quite honestly, the last time I played the trumpet was when I was in grade 9, 20+ years ago , the instrument has been sitting in the closet ever since, after watching sir's videos inspired me to take on the challenge of relearning and teaching my kids.
Thank you for watching. I'm sure kids would enjoy learning any instrument. Our son started piano at 6, taught himself guitar at 13, formed a rock band in his 20s, and is teaching his 2 year old daughter daughter already. It's something a person can be glad they learned for a lifetime.
