I was sort of hoping they were clones since I didn’t want Batman being the one who killed all those people. I know he’s mind controlled but still. Honestly if I was at Rocksteady I would consider just making Batman playable lol. I know the map isn’t designed with his traversal in mind and it would be buggy since it goes against the entire way the game is designed but it would bring back so many players. Maybe only have him playable in free roam. Idk it would be cool.
The League coming back comes across as so hollow when potentially millions of innocent people died in Brainiac’s invasion. What are the odds the story will take this into consideration?
A potential storyline of the league dealing with the aftermath of a horrible event and attempting to regain the trust of the entire planet alone seems reasonable
Season 2 with Mrs. Freeze would feature the return of the Flash, as Freeze froze him so they can start the process of undoing the changes Brainiac has done. Each seasons would involve the return of the Justice League, except for Wonder Woman who has died, but they would have the process of them returning to their original selves. Kevin Conroy also voiced his lines already as it turns out, with the process on him undone. Season 4 would have Superman being the final one returning & being good again, & Season 5 would be the finale of the story were both the Suicide Squad & the Justice League team up to take on the final Brainiac. They might squeeze Season 4 & 5 into one season just to wrap the story up So yeah, Season 2 will have Flash returning, but will take longer to release due to staff shortage. Might be this month or next month
Happy you all like I cant suport it not after what they did to mess up tye canon to tye Arkhamseries Messed up the ending and reversed Micheal Jacksoned Deadshot instead of just simply adding Bronze Tiger I know they just explain it via two deadshots multiverse but it just feels lazy.

Simply dont say its in the Arkhamverse it would remove at least half the hate my self included towards the game. Scenario 2. If the want it to be Arkhamverse Dont have batman just come out of playing dead without a second thought actually put some level of thought into the reason why, If the fil Assult on Arlham is no longer canon then could have had frequesnt Squad member Killer Frost instead of Mrs Freeze, Since its a multiverse story just have it be Jester instead of Joker, the squad we got plus Bronze Tiger and Deathstroke that were teased in the Origins and Coperhead exists in the world of arkham and is usually a squad member and exists in tye Arkhaverse and lastly its a multiverse story just have us taking out the Crime Syndicate or even Bat Metal both would work and are evil versions of the Justice Leauge which most people would love taking down. I dont know about everybody but ether way would have removed alot of the hate if not most I still dont know if i would buy the scenario 1 but i wouldent have hated it or scenario 2 id have been the meme fry from futurama take my money but saddly its to later for ether options. As far as the grinding goes im not sure what to do im better at lore and sceane crafting then game mechanics and so on. And ill give credit to the actors, animators and designers of metropolis did there jobs and did it well.

Not sure what you mean by bat metal it would’ve made people less mad to fight the crime syndicate or another evil alternate league but specifically the crime syndicate I don’t see ever happening just do to name recognition again. @@Ironsmashweb Oh Crine Syndicate has the recognition they were in one film Crises on Two Earths along with Jester in 2010 and now in 2024 there making another apearance in Crises on Infinite Earths so ya they could have easyily worked come to think of it with Crime Syndicate using Owlman they could have even set up a Court of Owls tease after tge game was done for a future game which with that comics popularity it would have been huge and made up for the disapointing Gotham Knights. Oh Bat Metal was a 2017 comic multiverse event were several evil Batmen with aspects of the Justice Leauge invaded being lead by The Batman Who Laughs came along to early to be the main big bad but may have been a cool Dlc. Eh but the lack of diffrent missions and enemys probably doesent help the grinding aspects I imagine.
I am highly doubtful that there will be any resolution to the rest of the story that is not told in 3-5 minute motion comics. Rocksteady just released a statement saying they will no longer provide weekly developer updates unless warranted. They are going to kill this game as quickly as they can and move on as it's a total flop with a next to nothing player count.

Game will continue till season 4-5 there will be real cutscenes we don’t know the number of them though
