My friend had a son I bought two of every cool car I could find. I told him to keep one in it’s package and the other he could play to his heart’s content! This went on about 3 years! When he moved he said they were close to 300 in their package, he couldn’t believe it. He still has them that way 20 years later!

Beautiful Olds 442! I wish mine looked like that one. Of course, I ripped mine out if the blister pack shirtly after I bought it 52 years ago...

Too bad the packages are cut off like that but at least they're still in the blisters and untouched. I need to get some of them - it's like history in blister pack form! Great vid brother!

I've found that the old stickers are usually dried out and the stick don't stick.

I have discovered that you can use purple elmers stick glue to put the old stickers on. I experimented by using some of the paper around the edges of the sticker sheet on an old beater redline. It worked very well.

Great acquisition Dave...!!! ALL BEAUTIES..!!! One question... can you let us know how much the price of the 442 would decrease by, if you removed it from the package...??? Would it be worth more in a complete package..? Thanks for your entertaining and informative video, your knowledge helps all of us out here in the hobby...MERRY CHRISTMAS to you and your wife..!!!🎄🎁🎄🎁🎄🎁🎄🎁🎄🎁🎄🎁

I have been buying childhood collections for 30 years and find that hardly anyone had VW Beach Bombs. Classic Cords are also rare if ever in a childhood collection. Most of my Beach Bombs I bought either at a convention or on eBay.
