Nonsensical to say that Pakistani aggression started after 1971. It started in 1948, when Pakistani army and tribals attacked Jammu and Kashmir, in spite of standstill agreement between Pakistan and then independent J&K government. Again in 1965, Pakistan did Operation Gibraltar. Even the so called educated people in Pakistan are ignorant of their own history.

4. It is deep routed streategy in Pakistan on the instructions of Army/ISI/martial law from 1947 through school syllabus, maulvies, political speech, casual or formal discussion in every place otherwise Army, moulvis and elite people will become irrelevent/jobless in pakistan.
5. It is devide and rule policy and survival of elite people especially moulvi, leaders and army.
6. No political party can perform better while in power because next Govt is decided by army only.
7. Your country can never come out of this churan. If tried by your Govt to rectify or bring reforms in islamic touch from grassroot level, they need expenditure of millions of dollors which is not permitted by your economy, apart from receiving blacklashes from radicalised groups/people nationally.
