If you don't get the prank, it is basically about John playing a trick on Tom beacause Tom put cones in his car. The trick is that Tom has to rehearse alone for 12 hours as they thought his Gold Forever performance wasn't good. In the end, John said to Tom " You know what? Get the cones out from my car "
So in conclusion, it is just a joke pulled on Tom for putting cones in John's car.
