Pump arrived due to customer reporting he had "Engine pull down" and customer assumed it as a regulator fault. On arrival with us unit was stripped and our engineer identified that the regulator was in fact working correctly, the fault was due to cavitation and the cam was sticking in the swash. Therefore, we replaced both front and rear swash supports, in addition we lapped both cylinder block and valve plates back in to 100% contact and all bearing and seals were changed as standard. Pump fully load tested and now back to OEM standards and issued with 12 months written warranty.

Good job, but you have not shown the fitment of regulator to the pump by locking the feed back lever to the servo piston. We have to be damn sure the Lever is engaged to the servo piston pin. Better to fit the regulator to the housing before inserting the rotory assembly at least we can view the Lever inserted in the pin
Este modelo de bomba la K3V112DT es para que equipos. Ya que me llego una en el containers y vino equivocada .quiero saber para que equipos aplica para darle uso o venderla si no es mis equipos

Como eu faço a troca das buchas do cilinder block?
O bloco original não vem com buchas, e os de marca similar têm o custo baixo, o que acaba não compensando a troca. Já fiz embuchamento de bloco há muito tempo atras, em bombas de 988 CKE antigas, quando a rexroth tinha preço absurdo para fornecimento de peças. Creio que no caso de Kawasaki não seja viável.
