Isabelle Nordström There are some Japanese gummy candy made from agar-agar, which is a kind of vegetable gelatin. The texture is a bit different, but it tastes good.
I have veggiegelatin at home but the texture becomes really weird

Simpler way to make it:
Put the following into a saucepan: water, flavored gelatin/Jell-O, and unflavored gelatin.
Let it sit for 10 minutes
Turn heat onto low to low-medium and stir until it's liquid.
Turn off the heat and let it cool.
Pour it into a mold.
Pop it into the fridge or freezer.
After a couple of hours, take the mold out of the freezer and take gummy treat out of mold and put onto a plate.
After a couple of minutes, enjoy.

If you want a better turnout, scrape the foam from the top of the gummy mixture before you let it set. Then, it will be a clearer gummy.
Not to criticize or anything, but here's a tip to avoid the lighter color foam-type layer on the back of the gummy: leave the mixture in a container for about 10-15 minutes at room temperature and once you see the foam at the top you can just take that right off and then you can just pour that mixture into the mold and get a clean gummy. :)
