The shooter used an AR-15 assault rifle (which is basically a machine gun). Had Trump been shot in the ear with an AR-15 he wouldn’t have an ear anymore, and more likely, most of his head. Most of his base are into guns, so they must know he lied about getting shot by an AR-15 because they know what a gun that powerful can do. Police and military must also be aware that Trump’s lying. He also was still standing after getting shot, had he been shot with an AR-15 he would’ve been knocked off his feet.
