Set up of the Aqara Hub M3 and how to add the Matter over Thread based Door and Window Sensor from Aqara to the M3. Also connecting the Philips Hue bridge to the Aqara Hub M3 using Matter, allowing you to control and automate your Hue lights in the Aqara app.
To get your Matter Paring Code of the Hue Bridge, go to the Hue app - Settings - Smart home - + sign - Other apps - Get pairing code - next. Use this code within the Aqara app to pair.
To add the Hue Bridge to your Aqara Hub M3, go to the + sign in the Aqara app - Add accessory - click the small icon in the top right corner next to the search bar - ‘Enter Manually’ - ‘Matter Pairing Code’ - Enter the Matter code from the Hue app and click next to add the Hue Bridge.

1. You have to go in Hue > Settings > Smart Home > Other Apps > Get Matter Code
2. Retur to Aqara App > scan new device > add manually> paste matter code

I have a p2 and a m3 as well where is the door tampering feature that’s supposed to be on the p2 or will that be added later in a firmware update

Yes, this will be added in a future OTA update, next to sensitivity settings and the possibility to program the button of the P2.
