Donovan Frank served as a Federal Judge in Minnesota for nearly two decades. In addition to his judicial service, Frank now serves as an advocate for people with disabilities. Frank first encountered someone with developmental disabilities in his own family. It was then that he learned that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. When you're autistic, you sure are not treated like a human being with equal rights in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeal Clerk's Office. Maybe Judge Frank should be appointed to the 11th Circuit, and to supervise the Clerk's handling of developmentally disabled people's case so we can be afforded our Constitutional right to be heard. We sure don't have that right now.
