Studds tail rack got from Afzal traders back in 2017, I don't think this is available now.

I want to change to my Tyre from 90 90 18(Daimond Tyre) to 100 90 18 (timsun Tyre). What is the fuel average difference between these two sizes and some people say that after 10000km timsun Tyre become too much hard and cracks start appearing on it due to which it slip when they apply breaks.

The best tyre in Pakistan for dual purpose is timsun yet, i hope you know my friend Ali Ahmed , he is CZcamsr as well, he has gs150 and he rides on and off-road on another extreme level, and he used this tyre so much. And passed this tyre.
I don't know about diamond tyre, previously my tyre was TVS 100/90/18 and panther trekker 90/90/18 ... with TVS i got 44, with panther i got 49 and with timsun i got around 46-48.
Koi khas fark nai prta, 1 2 litre decrease maybe, engine k liay 100 90 amd 90 90 me koi boht khas fark nai hai.
Where you bought shield? Please reply, is it ready made or customized?

100.90.18 chain cover say touch hota hai??
Depends on tyre, if tyre is only road one then it won't touch on genuine chain cover and if its off-road then it will probably touch. I've used half chain cover so my tyre doesn't get touched.

Timsun tyre is very hard not suitable almost 6 month used ts825 my motorcycle suspension is very hard and having back pain issues after suspension check i changed my tyre with golden boy all problems resolve no suspension tyre rubber is contact to road
Matter of personal choice golden boy is also nice
