Coppélia-Suite by Leo Delibes Alfred Krips, Violin-Solo Manuel Valerio Clarinet-Solo Boston Symphony Orchestra Pierre Monteux, Conductor 02.& 4.XII.1953
The Boston Symphony, first under Pierre Monteux, then under Charles Munch, was the best French symphony orchestra in America. It's too bad that so much of Monteux's career was pre-stereo, but this is a treasurable recording. Thanks so much for posting it here!
