Watercolor IS a serious medium. It is legitimate. Maybe it can be more relaxed, but give yourself credit, I’ve painted realistic roses, and it is more difficult for me to paint loose after learning realism. Watercolor is legitimate, it is art. You rock!
You are so talented which is a foil to your understated low key delivery, no fancy bullshit here,no glitter, manicures and makeup. You certainly do not need all that window dressing. Your videos are so good You are a great painter and instructor. Thank you so much.

When I try a wet on wet technique the colours keep leaking into each other as soon as I put the brush to the paper. Do I have the paper too wet or is it just a matter of practicing more?
