      The only Sovereign citizens in this country is politicians, government officials, and law enforcement. Us peasants don't enjoy qualified immunity. I have to ask, what was the probable cause for demanding ID in the first place. Ask your questions and if you can find a crime, eat your ego and move on. Grady is a great story teller and enjoys a false narrative...

      There is mention of the name “moor” going back thousands of years. I’m not convinced the “moors” believe they are from Morocco. I believe they are taking it from a group of people from the middle east. That date goes back before record keeping of any kind. Possibly the time of Göbekli Tepe. I’m old and may be wrong, I also don’t know any “moors” of today. They were a religious people at one time, but seem to have strayed from that.

    • @jamallabarge2665
      @jamallabarge2665 Před 29 dny +9

      The term "moor" was given by Christian outsiders to Muslims who held parts of north africa, spain, sicily and malta. They had their own names for themselves.
      Later the term grew into a generic term for people with dark skin, like South Asians.
      It's an ugly term.

      @@jamallabarge2665 I know all of that. I also know that the Islamic people in the 900s clamed to have invented alcohol to serialize the ink they used along with the "morrs". That is so far off truth it's funny. Alcohol can be traced so much farther back that there is no way to know who made it first. I was just saying the name is very old, regardless of who is using it. Why they did not make a name for themselves is beyond me. I came up with one in less than a second. Sh-ahrafefe, like that, I'm sure they could have done better.

    • @roninmd
      @roninmd Před 29 dny

      @@SamtheIrishexan In the Wild West era, all men were Sovereign and could wage war at any time, on anyone for any reason. This American custom is rarely practiced after 14th amendment citizenship was created. That doesn't mean the custom is out of practice. That's why the Sheriff was inviting Americans to a gunfight in Polk county.
      Fla Stat 776.013(3)(d) regarding law enforcement's position under castle doctrine is a statute that applies after the facts. It does NOT prohibit occupants of a dwelling or vehicle from protecting their life, liberty, or happiness while their 4th amendment rights are being violated by the Police. In other words, you don't have to be a sovereign citizen to kill cops violating the 4th amendment. All Americans have the right to protect themselves.
      If the cops did not show up, the incident would never have happened. Why? because no crime was committed before the encounter. The crime was committed during the encounter by the deputy by attempting an unlawful arrest over an ordinance pertaining to operations at a park that was closed after hours. That doesn't mean the victim was not authorized to be there. It's more like having no life guard on duty at a public beach. You can still be parked at the beach.
      Also, suspicion is not enough to warrant an arrest, the police need to articulate a crime being committed and they need to come up with crime within a reasonable time frame. Police need to stop focusing on ID, that's a police procedure that cops are trained to follow but the people do not have to abide by it.

      28 U.S. Code § 3002 - Definitions
      As used in this chapter:
      (15) “United States” means-
      (A) a Federal corporation;
      (B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; or
      (C) an instrumentality of the United States.
      What the code means is that when the U.S. attempts to collect debts from other U.S. Persons, it is to be treated as a corporation when in their own courts.
      Normally one can not sue a regent in their own court since the regent is the plenary sovereign of their domain.. To sue the regent would be contempt of court. To fix this issue, Chapter 28 of the U.S. code was created to allow the U.S. to be sued as a corporation.
      U.S. debt collectors are contractors for the U.S. So when they make a mistake acting for the U.S., they can be roped into a court proceeding to explain themselves.

      We all need universal laws though. These people put themselves ABOVE the rest of us. They don't pay taxes on land or abide by our laws. If I was at this park, I would have simply moved my car to a different place. I keep a pistol in my purse at all times. I have that right. I do NOT however, have a right to harm anyone unless my life is in danger. In this situation, I would not be in danger. I have been pulled over for a traffic violation and I ALWAYS show my license to carry along with my drivers license. Then I tell them, I have my weapon in my purse. It's never been a problem. He wasn't driving before the encounter. Terry V. Ohio didn't apply. Pennsylvania V Mimms doesn't apply either. City Ordinance closes the park after dark. That just means there are no public services available after closing time... e.g., no life guard on duty. You still swim.. but at your own risk. There was no need to stop and frisk or stop and ID. It was a female deputy that was control freak who sought to detain him when no crime was committed. That would be an unlawful arrest. The initial deputy should have just said to leave the park. Instead they illegally tried to pry him out of his car and your deputies were shot. Sounds like your deputies need better training. The Sherriff has labeled this person a sovereign citizen because he stood up for his rights. Not rolling your window down is for the drivers protection from overzealous law enforcement that like to reach into cars against the 4th Amendment.
