First I heard Hoodie Allen's "You Are Not a Robot" version and i fell in love then i found Marina's original version and so I have discovered two new artists who are now my favorite!!
I think she was just nervous or sick in this video because she usually sounds so much better, not that this performance isn't great also it is but not as amazing.
there are many live appearances where she is very good So they can sing is not just any day equal and when she was ill at the time, my respect is much higher
Colin O'Prey I know she was great but this was one of the first times singing this song, she would have had nerves. I said what I said because I seen so many negative comments about the vocals. I love hearing her even on her off days because she sounds better than 95% of pop singers when she is off lol.
this was the first performance I saw of Marina on E4, I thought it a little average, came back to watch it after hearing her on radio 1 that December and fell completely and utterly in love, I haven't looked back since :D

I really like this version, i feel that she is putting feeling in her lyrics, sure it's popular music but its not karaoke. I like the way her sound changes as if she is making a statement of intent.
