The only thing untrue was he said the divorce was not about another woman or another man and that was a lie. It most definitely was just about that. She didn’t like his “girlfriends/affairs” that he always had (plus he wasn’t having sex with her) and he didn’t like that she stepped out on him. Elvis always had women his whole life when he became famous and he loved them all, and it never quit even though he’d stay with one sometimes for a while, like Priscilla. But it never was for very long. He didn’t have time to develop deep love like most of us experience when we stick it out and build lives together thru thick and thin. His was always superficial and Priscilla was very very immature for Elvis and his life style. Marriage vows were irrelevant to both of them if they even took them in an 8 minute ceremony. In Priscilla’s case, “for better or for worse” was a joke with her. Let’s face it, her “worse” was not that bad. Poor spoiled baby. She certainly got a ton of money from him and I personally think she was just an opportunist.
