This is the Kickstarter edition of the Visconti Modrone Tarot. It looks like the mass market edition has a different back, which I assume is what you're referring to. If you're not familiar with Kickstarter, it's a crowdfunding platform that Lo Scarabeo (the deck's publisher) frequently uses. This edition was published in 2019. You could check Lo Scarabeo's website to see if they have any left.
There's a total of 89 cards, so they must have recreated the missing ones. They also included Faith, Hope, and Charity which had originally been in the places of the High Priestess, Hierophant, and Star cards, to make it easier for modern readers to work with. Thanks for watching!

I just checked the Kickstarter page, and they don't say, and there's no link to buy it. I know they had a lot of production issues, so they may not have a lot of copies left over. No they are not. The only cards that might be tricky to remember are the courts, as there are a number of court cards not normally included in Tarot decks: Equestrienne (female Knights) and Lady (female pages). The book includes color pictures of each though so it shouldn't be too hard to figure them out. Thanks for watching.
This deck is amazing, beautiful... I love historical stuff, so I'd love to own it, but it costs 68 dollars where I live so yeah... Def not gonna buy it 😅
