Mini vacuum jewelry casting kit, gold/platinum/silver jewellery & dental casting machine

This is a mini vacuum lost wax casting method, which is specially used for casting such as jewelry and dental.
Before casting any jewelry or dental, you must have a wax mold, which can be obtained by a 3D printer or a traditional wax mold manufacturing method. In any case, the wax mold determines your casting results.
Next, we put together the wax molds and made them into a small wax tree. Of course, we can't let any wax molds come into contact, and make full use of the casting space to achieve efficient production.
We use a container to put the wax tree in, then, we can start the production of gypsum. At this time, we use the vacuum agitator. Under vacuum conditions, it is avoided that the formation of bubbles in the gypsum affects the casting, and the gypsum is filled into the molding.
The formed plaster mold is placed in a wax burnout furnace and baked at a high temperature, and the wax is melted and discharged. The next most important step is to use our mini vacuum casting machine for casting, which is a combination of smelting and casting, and all under vacuum.
After setting up the machine, place the gold in the dry pot, place the plaster mold in the same position, close the lid, and start casting.
After the casting is completed, the plaster mold is taken out, the finished product is cleaned using a blasting cabin, and after a series of processes such as polishing and polishing, the fine jewelry is presented to you.

Very good point! When I burn out the wax I have a tray undernieth to collect the molten wax which I empty. The long term effects of wax draining into your kiln will probably screw it up or cause a fire at some point. A small amount of residue will burn off in the kiln no problem..
