Potatoes work great in 5 gallon buckets as well as wheelbarrows. Can bring potatoes into the garage with a UV light in the winter and grow year round. Harvest is easy just dump it out and plant 1 small one in each bucket and/or 4-6 smalls in a wheelbarrow.
