In my company we could put the bipod on our normal G36 if we wanted to. If i remember right nobody did. As for getting them in and out of a mag pouch. It worked ok. Quite a few modified their mag pouches so you could get them easyer back in though. I loved the option to have two mags on eachother on the gun. For me faster than going for the P8 (i`m a lefty).

Awesome video! Does the G36C have a slightly slower rate of fire compared to the longer variants? Could be an illusion, but seems this way in the live fire videos of these firearms.
Thanks. I don’t recall that from my ownership of a C and a K. The receiver and bolt group are the same for all variants. It’s the barrel length that is different, and with the C, the operating rod, gas block and piston. If anything, you would expect the C to fire faster.
@@teufelshundtactical I appreciate the response! I've run my SL8 conversion (SBR) in both the K and C configuration and of course was limited to semi auto only. The C length barrel was certainly much louder.
