I was there. The moon was nearly full above her performing in her home town. At 74, she didn't leave a bit of herself left but on that stage, writhing around. My binoculars were glued to her, mouth on the floor, her voice piercing the opened air arena, a collection of stevie nicks weirdos & witches shoulder to shoulder, swimming in her aura... 2 days later & I'm still getting chills from this performance. I don't even have the words. This is a great video, but no digital will do her justice. She's a witch, & we were in her web, & there was no other place called heaven but for those moments.
You called it. When she does that Shamanic dance during the jam towards the end of song, it's completely of a spiritual realm. Totally a banishing ritual.
@@theIneffableTale I love that you notice it too. Around 4:30 & 7:30... It's like something takes over her, she's in a trance, and inviting us in with it.
For the critical ones, have you ever given it your all for 2 hours up there? It's already an aerobic workout just singing, then add the HOT lights, hot weather.... She's doing amazing, and glad there are breakfast between the tour dates bc that lifestyle takes a toll after a while. Just read any rock memoir...
Her voice has gotten better, if that’s possible. I’ve seen her many times in 70’s & 80’s. She was great then, except one time. She was higher then the clouds & it showed. It’s amazing all of them made it through & are all still alive. Keep on singing Stevie. Rock on……..Thanks for posting this.
It’s very sad to think that due to their ages and the rift between Stevie & Lindsey , that we may never see that Fleetwood Mac lineup ever play together again ( Stevie , Lindsey, Christine, John & Mick). Hope they resolve it!
Stevie Nicks always has been, and still is, ephemeral. She is truly from another plane, when she sings she weaves us into her web. I’ve seen her many times in the 70s and 80s, in southern Calif when I lived there. And she always left the audience feeling like we had journeyed to another world during her performances. And even well after her concerts were over, that feeling of bewitchment lingered for days. Stevie Nicks is incredibly special. And the word Iconic isn’t even enough to describe her. I don’t think any words are.
I’ve seen Stevie many times being from So Cal since the early 80s…she is moving on stage the best she has been in years! Her singing has matured in quality but never in range and pure magic.. she is still rockin it! She is my favorite musician, and always regards to the old Welsh Witch..♥️♥️
I thought she was having a hard time getting around in those big clodhoppers she was wearing, holding her back and everything. Moving so slow. What's wrong with her?! Not good at all; I never finished watching it.
I too love Stevie, I was able to see her in 1998 and again in 2017. She is my absolute all time favorite singer since 1975 when I was 12 😉 we are all getting older and bless her, she is rocking it still💜💜
@@michellepenning6580 for real, I saw a couple of negative comments and I don't really think that's very cool. Stevie is 72 years old, and she is still ALIVE! We have lost so many from that 70's and 80's era. I'm so glad those were my teenage years. I saw the best of the best, and most of them or gone or the band's have split from losing members that can never take the place of those ICONS. I thank them from the bottom of my heart that they were so awesome back in their younger years than when I hear one of their songs, I jet back to happier times and remember things that happened in those days and I either smile, or I cry. No bands or artists have come along since then that I would ever pay for a ticket to see. They stay so far back from the audience, you need binoculars even on first row seats. Thanks for the memories.
This makes my day. I hadn't really looked but I didn't know Stevie was still doing anything live. She sounds great! Our mother witch! As long as she is still doing things in the music industry, I will still hold out hope that her and Florence + the Machine will do a duet.

I saw her 2 days before this on 6/10/22 and this was the best song performance of the show! Just last night I was wishing I had a video of this so I could watch it again and boom! This pops up today. Thanks for uploading!
Always been my favorite, fell in love with her many years ago. But didn't get a chance to see her , until 1990 something, at the Virginia Beach Amphitheater. Where I fell in love with her all over again. Thank you for this beautiful video. ✌❤

The band Fleetwood Mac I never got to see in concert and I hate to say I never got to see Stevie in concert. If she ever comes to my City I am going to do my best to get tickets to see her it is on my bucket list.🎤🎶🎵
I say this with all due respect and admiration of a legend of music and one of my top performers of all time; Fleetwood Mac being one of my top two bands of all time. When I was younger, one of my fantasies was to have Stevie Nicks sing at my wedding. But, with all this said, it’s somewhat painful to watch her in concert as a shadow of her younger self; especially to watch her move in the stage and “dance”. I will forever love her music and the persona that she portrayed but sometimes the years are not kind
You should listen to axl rose now compared to when he was a kid. After overcoming addiction she kept her voice and her heart and thats way more than 70 something rock artists can say now. People age and that can be beautiful if you don't cling to the idea of youth which leaves everyone, always. I hope people think kindly of you when you shrivel up too.
Stevie's hometown is Phoenix and not California....... Just saying. And, she will only "Only" perform in Phoenix when the moon is completely full in her home town. I lived in Phoenix for about 7-8 years and had gone to Stevie's solo shows there twice and once with "The Mac". All three shows were at Compton Terrace which was owned by her father at the time and next to Thunderbird lake. Every show in her true hometown where she also had her lovely Paradise Valley home, again every show I watched her perform under a completely full moon, not partial in another town. "Just Saying" to set the record straight.
Just saw this amazing concert and Stevie was great, the only thing I was disappointed in is she did not do Sara she basically did all of her hits but this classic hit she did not do but instead was doing Cover versions of Led Zeppelin and Tom Petty! Sorry but when I see original bands members I want to hear them do their songs not other people songs! C’mon Stevie! 😡
