Love that Barker's beauties sat on the floor with the lady who won the first showcase! Still, I miss Dian. Janice, Dian & Holly were it - they had chemistry.

LOL at him passing on the Pontiac Trans Am showcase. I'm guessing someone told him that you should always pass on the first showcase and he believed it.

I'm happy she won that trans am. I don't get excited over most cars, but a knight rider car puts stars even in my eyes

About the time we went to the show. They had to stop taping when we went because of a husband and wife fight. The man started hitting his wife. He was an older gentleman. I was living in California at the time. It never made the news. I can't remember if this was before Janice got hurt. It was as Bob was saying "Open those Doors". That part of the show stayed it. But after they stopped the taping and escorted them out after the police arrived. After they left they continued the taping. They just opened the doors and completed the show. It was a Domestic argument that was loud and mostly pushing from the man but he did hit her. They were sitting in the middle of the audience.

LOL at them including "California emissions" in the list of "options." It's not an option, it was made mandatory by the РЗФPLЗ'S ЯЗРUBLIК ФF КДLIFФЯИIД politburo. Also, it's a downgrade (less power, worse fuel economy, all else being equal).

The Trans Ams ( and Camaros) of the 1980s look sharp, but they were underpowered with cheap, rattling interiors and dicey reliability.
