That’s the mentality! No pointing fingers, no blame, no fear! Bad Loss but so what!
The problem is that was a stupid loss. And they had to play for big win, not for keeping a fragile lead. It’s on Kidd, bad coaching. No adjustments during the game for Shei, not enough 3-pointers in the fourth.

@nathnaelshemeles363 he found a way in clippers they were also double/triple teaming him, but he found a way and the coaches also said he took too long to choose his moments to score and this time it costed them. I hope they bounce back and hope to see kyrie finding his shots a bit more. While luka is injured he should be more aggressive offensively

If the Denver Nuggets keep playing at the level they’re currently playing at, the Mavs or Thunder are getting swept, and the Celtics will probably lose to them too. Luka has to be way healthier for the Mavs to have a chance. The Thunder aren’t that good.
@truthbrotha1244 they're the number 1 seed. Imagine saying the number 1 seed aren't the good. All the teams remaining now are the top 3 teams in the west this season, except dallas which was 5th seed cause they eliminated the 4th seed clippers.

Professional basketball players should be shooting (at least) 80 percent from the line. I'm barley 5'9'" and I used to shoot 95 percent. Won a competition shooting 19 out of 20 once. There is NO excuse for pros being bad from the line.

The apathy here is unbelievable and is the reason why this team lost the way they did today! I have said it a few times today and will keep saying that this is the worst mavs loss since 6/13/2006! If they don't WAKE UP and take this seriously then they will be done in this series! If they do get past OKC then they won't stand a chance in the next round unless they start taking this serious and STOP MISSING FREE THROWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If we do get through OKC, the Wolves/Nuggets have the blueprint to shut down LuKai. Both teams can afford to single cover a hobbled Luka, then just spam doubles vs Ky and he’ll pass the ball. Gaff and Lively are capitalizing off these passes against a THIN OkC team up front. Mavs might get shut out in the paint completely in a WCF.
Remember the miraculous win vs the Nuggets needed LuKai to go off, and Ky to make an insane once in a lifetime lefty runner. It’ll be a sweep tbh

As for the game where we beat the nuggets our players are different than from that series a lot of our role players have stepped up and we have been playing immaculate defense. Easier said than done when he’s getting blitzed and hard hedged on every pick and roll and when he decides to isolate they send help and theirs already help at the nail. The nuggets just guarded Ant this way for the first time for the whole game and he only scored 18 on bad efficiency.

@@bosnian2339 I actually think Kyrie is better against good teams. He's proven it in the finals, forget about regular season empty stats. I also believe not all buckets are created equally. A lot of the buckets Luka gets can be obtained from well coached teamplay. Kyrie however, wills buckets out of nothing effeciently when everything breaks down. That's why they go to him in the clutch, bc he's the most reliable when they absolutely need a bucket. He didn't perform last nigh mainly bc he's an idiot trying to be too much of a playmaker instead of the elite scorer that he is. Luka is being his same self shooting 20 times, but under good defense he's not as reliable that's why he only made 6/20. They both need to pick their spots, one shoots too much and one shoots too little.
