It's such a perfect contrast of two same personalities.

CM Punk made me check out AEW but the Young Bucks vs Lucha Brothers match made me a believer in AEW! Lucha Brothers and MJF are so awesome! That car ride in the rain was one of my very favourite Being The Elite moments. When they started with it the travel was a signifcant part of the piece, as it was with Too Sweet Journey (2016 I think), a documentary about the Young Bucks. Like Wrestling Road Diaries It highlighted the reality of being pro wrestlers but on a more international scale. The travel, the cancellations, the bullshit. As BTE has grown and changed I still find myself engaging so much with those travel segments. The guys driving in the rain to Cincinnatti leaving behind them Chicago and one of the best wrestling PPVs in history. An unplanned road trip. I feel like a passenger listening to a couple of dudes on the wildest fucking ride in pro wrestling. Love it.
