Nishat Sir is one of the best faculty for Sociology optional subject in current time . My friend has joined his classes and scoring almost 270-280 marks in both papers in her first year of preparation only . Nishat sir class notes are amazing . I think Sociology is the shortest and the best thing is that it helps in GS, essay, and ethics. I think itna overlap PSIR aur Geography ka bhi nahi hai..

What if we take sociology optional after political science in college
If an economy student can study sociology, a political science student definitely can. We start our classes at zero level. Most of our students are from non humanities background and still find Sociology by Nishat Sir at LevelUp IAS to be an excellent optional.

Majority of students in Sociology optional that we have are not from Sociology background. Same is the situation of students getting selected from Sociology batch.
