I'm so happy to know that you like the tutorial/speed, thanks so much! You can find more tutorials on my "Scarf Art" scarf tying app. It comes with interactive features and has close to 50 knots. Happy knotting!
It is a 90cm x 90cm (35"x35") square silk scarf. The shoulder wrap works beautifully with larger formats or different materials too. I can't post a link here, but if you go to my blog, you'll find examples under the category 'Blog posts by knots' and then 'Asymmetrical shoulder wrap' :-)
Hello MaiTai! this video is perfect, slow enough so I fully understand how to do it. It leaves me with 1 question: what size is the scarf ring? Moyenne? Thank you in advance!
Dear Paula, - glad the video is helpful! Re your question.. you can use both. The Moyenne results in a larger 'bib' and shorter scarf ends, while the ends are longer and the 'bib' smaller when you use a Grande. You can further vary the knot by sliding the scarf ends through the ring in the criss-cross method. There are many possibilities for both sizes!
finally , a slow step by step. Thank you so much

Thank you, MaiTai! I am new to scarf rings and learned a lot by watching your videos.
So happy to hear. Have fun knotting!
Sorry for you didn't show the back side.
What size was the scarf used? :)
May I ask what size is the scarf ring ? Thanks
Hello, it's a Grande for 90x90 scarves. For smaller formats, a Moyenne works best.
What music did you use?
It is from the Apple iMovie's sound library and called 'Piano Ballad'
