Yeah that’s true. At least it’s not permanently damaged, it’ll grow back and this is a great learning experience for her too. Sometimes in life you have to mess up in order to learn

The sad part... I’ve been there, had to buzz cut my hair because it wasn’t salvageable. Did it teach me a lesson? HECK NO I’m gonna bleach my hair this weekend. At least if it burns off I know I lived with buzzcut short ass hair.

Buy some Olaplex. Let your hair grow. Don't use any chemicals at all. Keep the bleached part blue and trim it every month just a little and you are gonna be fine. I did worse stuff to my hair and it's long and healthy now. You can do it girl.
How long did it take you to get yours king and healthy again?
@@micheleanne1139 Well after U use Olaplex the hair might improve instantly quite a bit. But I would say 6 months is a minimum, no heat, no hair dye and trimming the dead ends as they grow, hope it helps.

I used protein treatments and hair masks I got from Sally’s :) I also avoided messing with it too much so it wouldn’t all fall out haha
I live in Saskatchewan and there are Sally’s stores in Canada, especially here and Manitoba. They do ship to Canada… because they’re in Canada so you should be able to order online
I was living in Iqaluit, Nunavut which has not a single Sally’s in the entire territory lol

Just dye your hair with a semi permanent Auburn that color would suit you and leave it alone. Honestly don’t know why people try to bleach their hair themselves at home 99% of the videos on here are complete fails and their hair is ruined.

Ah girl nooo, I completely understand and relate to the need of fequently changing hair colours but don't use bleach/bleachbath each and every time - you're asking for breakage that way and there's only so much hair can withstand 😭
Try a hair colour remover instead like Colour B4 or Colour Oops. You may need 2 treatments to get the result you want but at least the integrity of your hair will remain intact! You look cute either way but if there are ways to prevent damage, I highly recommend you do it for yourself! 💞🌞

Never put oil in your hair before bleaching. I let my hair get really greasy, about 4 days before bleaching.
