Percussion isn't meant to be flashy and out of this world. It's to add backing to songs, keep time and do fills every now and then. That's exactly what he does. He plays what the music calls for and adds a littler every now and then.
not better, but his footwork is very good and consistent. the reasion Matt Greiner is so amazing is his originality and spot on, new, intersting fills and rythms.
I'm simply noting that we're both speaking from personal preference. You don't like this kind of music or kit setup just as I don't like your genre or kit setups common to that genre. Just noting 90% of the comments here. :)
I don't see how any of that makes him a good drummer. I think most people can agree that Justin Bieber is a shit performer, but he also gets millions of dollars and adoring fans. Pro Tip: learn to spell, or go back to 4th grade.

I found out Daniel uses 20" and 22" crashes.....that's like using a ride as your constant crash. And only to my knowledge Meinl only makes them.
