DJI Osmo Pocket - Street Hawk (Hyperthrust Edition) - Slow motion Long Exposure Timelapse

- Just a funny little video i compiled using clips from the TV Series and some of my footage from my DJI Osmo Pocket whilst driving my car.
I did a long exposure timelapse with the ISO at 100 and the Shutter Speed at 8 second intervals, then i slowed the footage down by 125% to create the illusion of driving at speed.
Like i say, its just a silly bit of fun i had making these.... ENJOY!

I'm overwhelmed with the response on this video and I cannot thank you enough, truly amazed I am.
I made this video simply because I had an idea about my Osmo Pocket camera and taking long exposure photos.
It was my way of practicing using my camera just to see the results and I edited this Street Hawk video just to practice my editing skills for a bit of fun.
The end result was this silly 7 minute video and the response has been huge since i posted it 6 months ago.

I'm in the process of making an Airwolf sequence but it's a highly skilled operation and its going to take some time to finish, but it'll be epic once its completed.
This show was a huge hit in India in the early 90s. Bajaj Pulsar motorcycles was clearly influenced by Street Hawk.
Love the video. Street Hawk was right up there as one of my favorite shows as a kid, but it never got it's due. Airwolf, Knight Rider, Street Hawk....gawd the 80s had some gems.

I remember as a kid I always asked my dad, 'How much a Street Hawk motorcycle costs?'. And he'd reply, 'it's a lot'. And I was like, 'but how much?' and he'd say 'I don't have so much money'

I always used to wonder how I could acquire that motorbike too.
It was one of my favourite TV shows growing up in the 80s.
To this day i can't belive they didn't do a crossover between this Knightrider and Airwolf that would have been beyond epic
I think times were different then but I get what you mean.
I'm working on an Airwolf video in the same way as this but a modern day version.

a modern version of this cycle would have drones - it may have in the show but i have never seen it. I'm suprised they didn't see this and put drones in it if they didn't because as advanced as this cycle is, advanced drones should have been thought of.

This is an impressive cover version, and really captures the spirit. It's slightly different to the energy of Tangerine Dream's original, (not a criticism, believe me), but a pleasure to hear. This show is legendary. It came, we had just 13 episodes, one season, and then it was never seen again. That's the stuff legends are made of. Legend is such an overused word these days, but Street Hawk is definitely a legend. You did it proud, sir. If they ever did a movie of this for modern times, (very doubtful), you should do the music.
It just so happens that I'm a film student so you never know, I might reboot it 😆

Oh man, I love this show called street hawk the comedy show in the 1980’s show when I was a little little little boy back in the 1980’s with Rex Smith, and Joe Regalbuto these motorcycle riders, and machine director guys.
