I'm definitely interested in some peach and pink shades 😊you probably don't want to hear that but I'm really looking forward to the fall collections 😅we don't have much of a summer here in the UK and when it gets hot it's usually out of the blue and very much unbearable. I'm always looking forward to fall colours

Loved this one Alli. I love Chanel Brun Talpa - and have most of the Dior neutrals. One of my favorite eye shadow palettes of all time is Tisse’ Rivoli. I never get tired of it. I’d love to see your fav purple shadow looks. And that mascara looks fabulous-
You look lovely! I wholeheartedly agree that the Dior Soft Cashmere quint is the best. I have the original formulation and just love it. It may be the only eyeshadow I take on holiday as it covers day and evening looks. We’re visiting Vancouver for a week (from the UK) and then cruising to Alaska for a week. It’s a bit of a bucket list holiday so looking really forward to it! I also have Dior Mitzah in the original formula - and only just realised it’s a refillable compact when the pan accidentally popped out! I have Chanel Brun Talpa too, agree it’s cooler. Both are stunning I think. Looks like we’re on the name neutrals train!

And yes, I was “armchair coaching” you from this side of the computer… “use the Charnelle!!” “don’t use the Dior lipstick…it’s too pink!” And then you did it!! I crack myself up, which makes me a very cheap date 😂 I had completely forgotten about the Soft Cashmere palette. I think I’m missing a box (it’s just not opened yet) from my recent move, so I’ll be looking for that this weekend! I’d love to see more coral/pink summertime looks, too…in fact, I tried out and have ordered a new lipstick from Lancôme (new to me)…it’s called “Call Me Sienna” from the L’Absolu Rouge Cream lipstick line. The component is similar to the Chanel Rouge Allure, and it feels so elegant in hand … can’t wait to get it! Have a beautiful weekend, and hopefully we’ll get some cooler weather soon 🥶

I bought Soft cashmere quad from Dior based on your recommendation last year and haven’t used anything else since , i just repurchased a back up because i did hit pan in 2 shades 🤩🤩
My 2 favorite neutral palettes are Chanel Clair Obscur (308) and Tisse Estential (266). Very flattering on the eye and they don't "expire" in 6 months. 😅
Love your Dior pink that you are saving for another look. Would love to see the look you come up with for that pink, I purchased a purple eyeliner from Dior would love to get that lipstick. 🧊
Hi Ali. Great vid. Yes to Dior Charnelle as blushing and eye! U look stunning. Ur skin is beautiful even without makeup so whatever routine u have, it is working! I too, love dark bristles on brushes but have so many that are white, like the rephr. Even tho I wash my brushes once a week, hate cing them dirty after one use? I want to purchase the Chanel face touch up brush that u use. Love the shape, but it’s white😂 have a terrific weekend. Stay cool🥶
Thanks Yvonne! I have some Rephr brushes that have been thoroughly cleaned but stay stained anyway 😂 It's a struggle so it's nice to see darker bristles available.

I have the Nude Dress, Soft Cashmere and Nude Dentelle Dior quints but I actually much prefer the neutrals /browns in the Red Tartan and Organza quints 😅they are warmer but softly so and have gorgeous textures. I often use the neutrals in those quints by themselves because of how pretty they are and look on the eye😊I think the quality in those quints is above average Dior.

Love the video😍😍Just wondering for an olive skin tone which Dior palette would you suggest..Poncho or Cashmere? I try to stay away from anything with a pink cast..tends to make me a bit sallow. Enjoy the weekend. I hope it's not too humid/hot in the Montreal area. I also use the Chanel Fresh water tint, thanks to you. I love it over the Hydra Beauty serum and cream. This time of year the cream is usually enough for me. Cheers🎆

Hi Allison, i have 769 tutu pallet, do you think it is more cool toned than soft cashmere ? How would you compare both? Do they differ enough to have both?
I like the rephr concealer brush to set alittle under the eye . I find the foundation brush kinda pricky still not as soft as it could be. I did a similar eye look today with TF nude dip the bottom row first shade then I used the ND mini my dream matt in the crease and under the eye with a tad bit of the darker brown matt kinda as liner . I have barely used a base product all summer maybe the LE skintint if I have but I don't like the feeling or anything in the summer so alittle bronzer and the Dior rosey glow blush in bronze has been my go to with alittle lipliner and balm . U look beautiful as u always do . I wanted that Dior quint tried to get it last year it disappeared then the new formula came out so I didn't bother but wonder if it is still decent.

Good morning. I appreciate when you revisit great staples in a video. Makes me rethink what I have and nothing beats a good neutral palette. Dior Cashmere is one of the best and another great neutral is Chanel Les Beige in Medium. Curious about the Armani foundation. Luminous Silk was a holy grail for me but the past couple of years I’ve preferred much lighter skin like foundations and luminous silk feels heavy and blotchy looking. Still a great foundation just not working for me anymore 😢. Have a great weekend and hope you can stay cool 🧊

But (please don't be offended) and you may disagree in your defense, but your French pronunciation of "Dior" needs slightly more rounded lips to correctly formulate the "-or" syllable. It needs slightly more weight and accent and to be held an almost imperceptible amount of time as well. No hate intended, as a linguist with a trained ear and having lived overseas, this just stood out to me. 😊 You can hear it pronounced online if you want. (You are almost prounouncing something closer to "Diar"..) The French do not have quite the extreme "o" sound we hear in for example German ("rot", "doof", "zwo" etc) ... But we do need that slightly more rounded "o" to fully express "Dior" in its essence. I'm sorry to go on, and I'm sure you'll be inclined to hate me, but my tutor-teacher-accent coach is coming out and I'm only trying to help, really. Thanks for your videos and your makeup looks very nice !! 🙂😍❤️💄

If I'm not mistaken Tutu is purple, correct? I would say that they're both neutral but one pulls purple and the other pulls more neutral.
