@@LizardMane Messmer and Gaius were as older brothers to the lion (Radahn). Gaius and Radahn studied gravity magic under the same Alabaster Lord, with Gaius being the senior student. Gaius and Messmer were close friends and that’s why Gaius stuck by Messmer and commanded his forces.

Yet the Tarnished sought them out at their home and killed them. Who then is the monster? Those defending their own, or the predator who invaded their territory?

We never know for certain that they are Albanurics just cuz they ride on an animal doesn’t mean they are albanaurics

@@michaelblevins1651 I think its generally safe to assume when you cant knock a character off their ride, that they are an Albinauric. Its heavily implied that Loretta is Albinauric and you cannot knock her off her steed. Same with Commander Gauis

… WAIT, Gaius is a commander in Mesmer’s army. Marika abandoned Mesmer and started the age of the Erd tree.
Radahn is the son of Radagon and Rennala… YEARS after Marika was with Godfrey. YEARS after Marika turned into Radagon as he was the second Elden lord.
So. How is Gaius connected to Radahn, went to same magic school as teenagers essentially… when Gaius and Mesmer are abandoned in the land of shadow?!?!?
Gaius is likely OLDER then Godfrey.
Radahn is apparently the same age as Mesmer the FIRST son of Marika. Yet Radahn is the grandson of Marika.
I guess there's only one answer to this.... Yes.
Well we do not know how in fact how old the world in elden ring is, it could be hundreds of years between the births of Messmer and Radahn as we finally know that Messmer and Godfrey anhilated the Giants. And we don't even know when Marika hid the Shadow lands or when she betrayed the Crucible.
Only Miyazaki and George knows
Marika would be his step-mom (technically she's his bio and step-mom) as he is not the son of one of her offspring, but the son of her husband (AKA her)

We are one of the worst characters of this game 😩 the only thing that separates the Tarnished from the villains is the lack of power 😅

Pretty good character despite being more minor in the grand scheme of things. Also incredibly fun fight, lore aside.
He's actually really easy with a heavy shield, and the shield talisman if you do block counters.
The game turns into easy mode when utilizing these two, but great shields mostly look goofy or terrible, that's why people avoid it

@@tossapat027 no like I get that but I think it's a bit of a stretch to think they were lovers I don't think anything is ever stated. The albinurics would look after eachother with great respect and I think it's just that rather an actual lover. If that was the intention I feel like they would've hinted at it like with nanaya and midra but nothing points to Gaius having a lover.

Great vid! I haven't seen any lore tubers speculating on the giant tower under the Scadutree.. was it Hornscent? Or a Golden Order structure? I think it's part of the veil, it seems to be made for harvesting the tree's amber.. 🤔🫠
