- There's so much more to product development than I ever knew. Boyyyyy is there ever. It's taken me 8 years of trial, error and learning to realize just how much goes into the process before I ever even get to hold a product in my hand. I'm sure I still have plenty to learn, but I want to share some of the main things I ask and consider as I think about adding a new product to my collection. Have questions? If you're new here - welcome! I started my business on my 18th birthday selling paintings I made in my free time. I continued to run and grow it throughout college and graduate school, and into law school at Duke University. Now I'm running the business full time, law degree in hand, and I wouldn't have it any other way! SO information-packed thank you!! Could you talk about how to find manufacturers? Not giving out yours, but how do you find them? Sometimes google searching isnt enough

Thank you for your videos. Do you not dropship do you're not having to invest in ordering all this up front?
I do not. I work with manufacturers to produce my products and designs, then they're all shipped to my warehouse where my team packs each order.
When you first started on Etsy, did you make your own products? Did you start finding manufacturers for wholesale or did you stil make your own?
Early on, I handpainted everything! As I started to grow, I started looking for manufacturers so I could extend the types of products I offered.
Maybe use manufacture from China
