Hey dear..try putting the broken mirrors inbetween the spaces outside the circles..and clear non broken mirrors in the circle space..it will also look cute...

Very nice. I can't believe these projects are not so complicated. But you pay an arm and a leg for stuff like this. Am going to do this with some colored glass pieces. Just beautiful.
Ingenious use of broken mirror! Really fortuitous that you decided to paint your plywood, as you prevented the WeldBond from soaking into untreated wood & releasing your pieces. I learned mosaics from mosaic artist Lori Greene, a great artist & a dedicated community asset. You can find her on her own site &/or at Mosaic on a Stick. She would love to see your mirror!
